By using this website (nicklaamusic.com) or submitting a booking inquiry, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Use of This Website

This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate booking inquiries for Nick Laʻa Music performances. You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.

Booking Inquiries

Submitting a booking inquiry through this website — via the booking form or chatbot — does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed upon:

• Receipt of a signed performance agreement
• Payment of the required 50% deposit

Nick Laʻa Music reserves the right to accept or decline any booking inquiry at its discretion.

Rates & Payment

• Wedding performances: $700 per hour (one-hour minimum)
• All other events: $550 per hour (one-hour minimum)
• A 50% deposit is required to reserve the date
• The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit
• Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable

Performance Requirements

The client is responsible for ensuring the following are available at the event:

• Access to a sound system (venue, DJ, or PA) — Nick does not provide his own PA
• Access to power
• Shade or cover if the performance is outdoors
• One chair and a small setup area
• Approximately 30 minutes of setup time before the performance begins

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photos, videos, logo, and design — is the property of Nick Laʻa Music. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Nick Laʻa Music is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or a booked performance. In the event of an emergency or circumstances beyond our control that prevent a performance, we will make every effort to notify you promptly and arrange a suitable resolution.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
